DESCRIPTION

Copper is an essential mineral with multiple roles yet required in relatively small quantities for the maintenance of good health. Children 6–8 years old: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Children 9–13 years old: Take 1–2 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Adolescents 14–18 years old: Take 1–3 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Adults: Take 1–4 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
