RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Our customer-friendly return policy focuses on customer satisfaction. Pure Nature takes pride in making sure that each and every customer has a positive experience, however, we reserve the right to decide whether a refund or exchange is issued depending on your history of returns. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how it was purchased.
UNOPENED ITEMS
Customers may return any unopened/sealed item accompanied by a valid sales receipt or loyalty customer’s Transaction History for a FULL REFUND by means of the original payment method WITHIN 30 days.
AFTER 30 days, any unopened item will be issued a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE for items of equal or less value.
*Note* All credit card refunds must be returned back to the original credit card used at time of purchase. All debit transactions will be refunded via cash only.
OPENED ITEMS
Customers may return any opened item accompanied by a valid sales receipt or loyalty customer’s Transaction History to receive a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE for items of equal or less value WITHIN 30 days.
AFTER 30 days, any opened item returned is NON-REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers may exchange any opened or unopened items accompanied by a valid sales receipt or loyalty customer’s Transaction History for items of equal or less value WITHIN 30 days.
AFTER 30 days, ONLY UNOPENED items may be exchanged accompanied by a valid sales receipt or loyalty customer’s Transaction History for items of equal or less value.
