Suggested Usage: Adults (age 18+): take one capsule in the morning and one in the early afternoon, OR take two capsules in the morning. For best results, take 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch. If you take it past the first half of your day, you find yourself too over-energized before bedtime. Store in a cool, dry place. |
