Adults:Take one (1) to two (2) capsules per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a single dose 30 to 60 minutes at or before bedtime. Take an earlier dose during the evening if necessary. For Jet Lag: Take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/or daily pattern.
As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use, especially if you are taking medications to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications) or to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners, or if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
