Spirulina is a fresh water green microalgae that contains a host of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Organic Traditions offers the cleanest, organic spirulina that is cultivated in a pristine, controlled environment using pure mountain spring water that is rich in nutrients and minerals. There are no filler, preservatives or additives. Start with 1/2 -1 teaspoon of powder and build gradually. Consume 1-4 teaspoons daily. Add Spirulina to water, coconut water, juice, smoothies and raw food power snacks.
