Land Art has developed a formula combining 2 varieties of IRON: gluconate (highly available) and fumarate (counterbalances the effects of constipation), to help women compensate for this problem. Vitamin C was also added to give it a superior assimilation.
USES
Helps to prevent iron deficiency anaemia and to form red blood cells and helps in their proper function.
DOSAGE : Children (1-13 years old): 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily.
Adolescents (14 and over) and adults: 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon/15 ml) daily.
